Stuffed Zucchini Paleo
INGREDIENTS:
- Half piece of medium zucchini
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- 4-5 tablespoons oatmeal
- Smoked sausage rings
- Hard cheese
- Fat
PREPARATION:
1.) Chop the zucchini in a knife chopper machine.
2.) Add the two eggs.
3.) Salt it.
4.) Add the oatmeal flour and mix thoroughly.
5.) Heat 1-2 teaspoons of fat in a hot pan.
6.) Put a tablespoon of the mass on it.
7.) Press 2-3 sausage rings into it and put 1 tablespoon of the mass on the top.
8.) When one side is already light brown, then turn it on the other side.
9.) Bake the other side too until it has a light brown color.
10.) Put on a plate and sprinkle with grated, hard cheese on the top.
