Sweet Potato Waffle
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 larger sweet potato
- 1 egg
- 1 dl water
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon free seasoning
- 2-3 tablespoons sweet potato flour
- Fat for frying
PREPARATION:
1.) Chop the peeled sweet potatoes into small pieces in a knife chopper machine.
2.) Add eggs, water, and spices.
3.) Mix thoroughly.
4.) Add the sweet potato flour and mix thoroughly.
5.) Grease both sides of the heated waffle maker.
6.) Put 2-3 tablespoons of the mass into the waffle maker.
7.) Bake until light brown.
8.) It can be eaten on its own, but can also be used as a sandwich base.
