Ideal weight calculator

The ideal weight calculator determines that weight range relative to our height, which still can be considered as normal.
For the calculation, we use the formula and classification, which is recommended by the WHO – World Health Organization.
The value of healthy weight relative to height can be calculated using the BMI. The World Health Organization has developed a classification, where the lower and upper values determine that body-weight value, which still can be considered normal.

According to the WHO recommendations, the normal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.99, so the formula used for calculation of the ideal body weight is:

lower limit of ideal body weight [kg] = 18.5 x height2 [m2]
upper limit of ideal body weight [kg] = 24.9 x body height2 [m2]

The calculator can be used between ages of 18-65!
The calculator cannot be used in the case of muscle builders, long distance athletes and pregnant women!
