Paleo Cordon Bleu
INGREDIENTS:
- Pork chop with bone
- Sliced smoked ham
- 15 dkg hard cheese (Emmental)
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl vegetable milk
- Oatmeal flour
- Sweet potato flour
- Coconut fat
- Salt
- Garlic granules
- Seasoning
PREPARATION:
1.) Cut the pork chop with bone into 1 cm slices.
2.) Flat-it out as thin as possible.
3.) Sprinkle both sides of the meat with salt and garlic granules.
4.) Put on the top 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham.
5.) Let's roll it up. If it does not stay together, staple it with a toothpick or meat pin.
6.) Mix the eggs with the vegetable milk, a pinch of salt, and/or half a teaspoon of free seasoning.
7.) Mix the oatmeal with the sweet potato flour in half ratios.
8.) Roll the rolled-up meat first into eggs and then into the sweet potato flour mixture.
9.) Bake all sides on low heat until each side becomes light brown.
