Dietary tomato meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
- Meatballs:
- 1 kg of minced meat
- 120 g brown rice - pre-cooked
- 85 g onions (1 piece)
- 8 g garlic (2 cloves)
- 1 egg
- Small spoon marjoram
- Small spoonful of parsley
- 2 small spoons of red pepper
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper?
- Tomato sauce:
- 1300 ml of concentrated tomatoes
- 3 dl of water
- Oregano
- Basil
- Freshly ground pepper
- 8 g erythritol
- 2 cloves garlic
PREPARATION:
1.) Cook 120 g of brown rice according to the instructions on the box and cool it down.
2.) Mix all the ingredients of the meatballs in a large bowl and then shape the dumplings into any size.
3.) Pour the ingredients of the tomato sauce into a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
4.) Carefully place the dumplings in the tomato sauce, then cover and reduce heat, do not simmer.
5.) Every 15 minutes, gently turn the dumplings over with a wooden spoon and cook until become ready, approx. in 35-45 minutes.
6.) Serve with boiled potatoes.
