Dietary chili beans

INGREDIENTS:

  • 450 g of ground beef
  • 1 onion (approx. 75 g)
  • 4 cloves garlic (about 12 g)
  • 1.5 canned tomatoes (375 g)
  • 1 can of canned red beans drained
  • 1 can of canned white beans drained
  • 1 canned corn drained
  • 10 g of sugar-free ketchup
  • Coconut fat
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, chili

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Peel and chop the onions.

2.) Melt the coconut fat in a deeper pan and add the onion, then put the minced meat on it and cook until becomes white.

3.) Then the spices can go on it. Mix them well.

4.) Add the canned tomatoes and ketchup. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

5.) Finally add the beans and corn. Stir them well and cook for 10 minutes.

6.) Serve with gluten-free tortillas or tacos.
