Coconut Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 250 ml of water
  • Coconut milk
  • 40g coconut protein
  • Cinnamon
  • Jam

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Put the chia seeds into a bowl and mix with the cinnamon.

2.) Make a smoothie with the protein and water and add the coconut milk.

3.) Mix the dry and wet ingredients in a plastic bowl.

4.) In approx. 10 minutes, the chia seeds will soak up, then add the calorie-free jam.

5.) Add fruit to it if your diet allows.
