Spicy Sesame Vegetables With Rice Noodles

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 carrot
- ½ kohlrabi
- 1 red onion
- ½ bell pepper
- 3 spring onions
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 piece of garlic
- Salt
- Ground chili cayenne
- 1-2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 tablespoon sesame
- 70 g rice noodles
PREPARATION:
1.) Cut carrots, kohlrabi, zucchini, and peppers into very thin slices. Slice the onions too.
2.) Heat sesame oil in a wok or pan. Add the vegetables except for the zucchini and spring onions. Add salt.
3.) Once the vegetables are sufficiently blushed, add the spring onions and zucchini as well.
4.) Sprinkle with ground chili, add the chopped garlic and fry further.
5.) At the end, mix sesame seeds, fry them, then add the prepared rice noodles and sprinkle them with soy sauce.
