Hot Sandwich With Mozzarella

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag of mozzarella (whole)
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 slices of whole wheat bread or carbohydrate-reduced bread
  • Olive oil (can be spicy)
  • Dried or fresh basil
  • Salt

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes and sprinkle with a little olive oil.

2.) Add salt and sprinkle with basil. Mix it all together to make every part delicious and spicy.

3.) Put the seasoned tomato and mozzarella slices on the bread.

4.) Sprinkle with olive oil even here, so that it reaches the bread as well.

5.) In a preheated oven at 200 C (grill level) bake them for approx. 5 minutes.
