Mimosa Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 10 dkg hard cheese
  • 2 bunches of spring onions
  • 4 green apples
  • 1 red apple​
  • For dressing:
    • 1 dl sour cream
    • 1 dl mayonnaise
    • 1 lemon juice
    • 1 packet of salad

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Peel the apple and grate it on a cabbage grater and sprinkle it with lemon juice.

2.) Grate the cheese as well.

3.) Cut the spring onions into thin rings and then mix with the apples into the tartar sauce.

4.) Cut 3 boiled eggs and egg white of 2 eggs.

5.) Arrange the washed lettuce leaves on the edge of a not-too-deep bowl, pour half of the apple-onion mass into the center of the bowl, arrange the boiled egg cubes on it, and then add the remaining mass.

6.) On top grate the egg yolks on a cheese grater.

7.) Decorate with the red apple slices and with the onion stalks.
