Apple Cake
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 apples thinly sliced
- sweetener (e.g. stevia)
- 10 dkg butter or margarine (Liga lactose-free baking margarine)
- 12-15 dkg of almond flour
- 2 teaspoons plantain seed peel
- 1 teaspoon bamboo fiber flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- grated peel of lemon or rum aroma
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk or sugar-free coconut drink
- Cinnamon
PREPARATION:
1.) Place baking paper on the bottom of a cake tray (16-18 cm long).
2.) Peel the apples and slice them on the paper, then sprinkle them with cinnamon and sweetener.
3.) Melt 10 dkg of butter or margarine and add the other ingredients and mix well.
4.) Pour the mass on the top of the apple.
5.) Preheat the oven on medium heat.
6.) Bake the cake approx. for half an hour.
7.) Once cooled, cover with a sudden movement on a tray so that the apple will be on the top.
8.) Remove the baking paper carefully and the cake can be sprinkled with almond flour or chopped almonds and/or ground walnuts.
