Vegan Asparagus Cream Soup

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- 700 ml of hot water
- 1 vegetable soup cube
- 1 teaspoon seasoning
- 250 ml of vegetable milk
PREPARATION:
1.) Peel and slice the onion and potatoes as well. It doesn’t need to be chopped because the stick mixer will crush it later.
2.) Circle the asparagus by placing the top separately and discarding the very end because it is woody.
3.) Fry the onion with a little salt on a little coconut fat.
4.) When the onion has blown into a nice glass, add the asparagus, potatoes, and nutmeg as well.
5.) Mix the hot water, soup cubes, and seasoning in a larger mug.
6.) Add the vegetable stock and cover it and cook on low heat until we can cut the potatoes and asparagus with a wooden spoon.
7.) When the vegetables have softened, put them into a blender add the milk, the asparagus pieces and let them be smoothed.
8.) Sprinkle with the chili flakes and bring to a boil.
9.) You can put toasted seeds on top, sprinkle with vegan cheese or add vegan sour cream.
