Flaxseed Paleo Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 125 g flaxseed flour
  • 185 g tapioca flour
  • 30 g sesame seed flour
  • 2 teaspoons all-free baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • Half a dl of coconut fat
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the flaxseed flour, tapioca flour, sesame flour, salt, and baking powder thoroughly.

2.) Separately mix the eggs with oil and vinegar.

3.) Mix the dry and liquid ingredients.

4.) It should be a well-formed dough. If it is too dry, add a little water to it.

5.) Knead a lengthwise bread form from it.

6.) Coat the outside with coconut oil.

7.) Bake in a 190 degree oven for 30 minutes.

8.) Can be sliced after cooling.
