Steamed brussels sprouts with ham and spices

INGREDIENTS:
- 550 g brussels sprouts
- 4-5 slices (about 45-50 g) of black forest ham
- Salt, pepper, marjoram
- 1.5 dl of water
- Olive oil
PREPARATION:
1.) Remove the outer leaves of the brussels sprouts, then place them in a cutter and chop them.
2.) Cut the black forest ham into small cubes.
3.) Put the olive oil in a heated pan and fry the sliced hams. Then put the chopped brussels sprouts on it and season it to taste.
4.) Mix well and pour water over it. Stir and cover it.
5.) Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. If necessary, add more water.
6.) It can be an excellent accompaniment to meats.
