Sugar-free strawberry jam

Time: 90 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 350 g of frozen strawberries
  • 35 g erythritol
  • 50 ml of water

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Put everything in one pot.

2.) First thaw the strawberries at a higher temperature.

3.) Then lower the temperature and stir every 5 minutes. Cook the sauce for 25 minutes.

4.) If we want, we can blend it, but we can also leave it to pieces.

5.) Eat cold. You can keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
