  • Condition:
    • 100 g of ham
    • Salami with 50 g paprika
    • 15 g hot peppers
    • 85 g red onion (1pc)
    • 85 g tomatoes (1pc)
    • 250 g of mozzarella cheese
    • 150 g of Trappist cheese
    • (Any conditions to taste)

PREPARATION:

3.) Add the risen yeast to the flour and start kneading. Knead for about 5-10 minutes until the dough is nicely separated from the wall of the pan.

4.) Simmer in a warm place for 45-60 minutes until it doubles in size.

5.) Mix the sauce ingredients.

6.) Preheat the oven to the lower and upper baking stage to 190 C.

7.) Using a rolling pin, stretch the pizza dough to any thickness and shape you like.

8.) Put the dough on a greased baking sheet.

9.) Grease the top of the pizza dough with the sauce, then the toppings may come, and finally the grated cheese.

10.) Return the oven temperature to 150-160 C and bake the pizza dough until the dough is baked and the cheese is melted nicely, approx. 25 minutes.
