Dietary pea puree

Time: 80 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 450 g frozen green peas
  • Water
  • Salt and parsley
  • 5 g Erythritol
  • 20-30 g of corn starch
  • 150 g of 12% sour cream

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Pour the frozen peas with enough water so that it is not even covered. Season with erythritol and salt and parsley to taste.

2.) Cook the peas. Once the peas have softened, lower the temperature.

3.) Mix the corn starch with the sour cream and mix it all over the vegetables.

4.) If it is still too dilute, add a little more starch mixed with water.

5.) Serve with fried sausage, fried meat, or fried egg.
