Gluten free Rolls with ham and cheese

Time: 100 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 350 g gluten-free general flour mixture
  • 5 g of plantain peel
  • 7 g of gluten-free powdered yeast
  • 5 g of fructose
  • Salt
  • 15 g of olive oil
  • 300 ml warm almond milk
  • 10 g brown rice flour
  • 65 g light natural cheese cream
  • 4 slices of gluten-free Prague ham (approx. 65 g)
  • 115 g grated smoked cheese

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the flour with the plantain peel, powdered yeast, sugar, salt to taste, olive oil, and almond milk. Knead it all well until it comes together into a dough.

2.) Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

3.) While the dough is resting, cut the ham into slices and grate the cheese.

4.) Sprinkle the silicone stretcher with rice flour and stretch the dough for approx. 3-5 mm thick.

5.) Grease the dough with cream cheese. Put the slices of ham on it, then sprinkle with the grated cheese.

6.) Roll up the dough, but not too tightly. We squeeze the ends together.

7.) Cut approx. 2 finger-thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8.) Cover the baking sheet with a clean kitchen towel and place in a 50oC oven with air stirring baking mode for 35 minutes.

9.) After the time has elapsed, remove the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180oC, on bottom-top baking mode.

10.) Beat the egg and smear the sides of the rolls with it.

11.) Bake the rolls for approx. 25 minutes.
