Gluten free sausage roll

Time: 100 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 215 g gluten-free bread flour mixture
  • 5 g of fructose
  • 7 g of gluten-free powdered yeast
  • 280 g of cold water
  • 25 g of olive oil
  • Salt
  • 240 g (8 pieces) of gluten-free sausage
  • 5 g of sesame seeds

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the flour with salt, sugar, yeast.

2.) Add the cold water. Knead well first with a machine and then by hand until we get a springy little dough.

3.) Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and place the bowl in a 50oC oven, stirring baking mode for 40 minutes.

4.) When the dough has risen, stretch it on a silicone stretcher to any thickness and then cut into 8 equal-sized strips.

5.) Wrap the strips around the sausages. Fold the ends over the sausages as well.

6.) Place the finished rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and grease them with olive oil.

7.) Sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

8.) Bake the sausage rolls for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180oC on the bottom to top baking mode.

9.) Serve with sugar-free ketchup and mustard.
