Ratatouille with gluten free sausage

Time: 75 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 larger head onion (approx. 100 g)
  • 3 larger tomatoes (approx. 300 g)
  • About 500 g of paprika
  • Coconut fat
  • Salt, pepper, parsley, red pepper
  • 4-6 gluten-free sausages (approx. 100-150 g)

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Peel the onion and chop finely.

2.) Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the peppers into rings.

3.) Sprinkle the onion on the coconut fat and set the dish aside. Add salt, pepper, and parsley and red pepper. Mix well.

4.) Put the dish back and add the paprikas. Mix it well.

5.) When the paprikas have collapsed, add the tomatoes as well. Mix well. If necessary, add a little water.

6.) Take the temperature back and cook under the lid. Leave as much juice as you want under it. To cook the juice, remove the lid. Based on your taster cook it for 30 minutes or even hours.

7.) At the very end, add the sausages cut into the rings and simmer in it for 10-15 minutes.

8.) We can serve it with bread or eggs on it.
