Gluten free hamburger

INGREDIENTS:
- 450 g of grounded beef
- Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Rosemary
- Coconut fat
PREPARATION:
1.) Remove the meat from the refrigerator 35 minutes before frying, then mix with the spices 5 minutes before frying and form meatballs.
2.) Heat a pan until becomes hot, almost smoking, then add the coconut fat. Bring the temperature back to medium and then place the meatballs in it. If we want to fry it for 5-5 minutes per side, but of course we can deviate from it according to our taste.
3.) Serve in gluten-free hamburger rolls with cheese, tomatoes, and sauces.
