Gourmet Meal

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g minced meat
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 medium apple
  • Few dried apricots
  • 1 handful of pistachios
  • Grated lemon peel
  • 1 handful of parsley green
  • Olive oil
  • Hot sausage
  • Spinach leaves

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.

2.) Grate an apple, mix in the chopped dried apricots and pistachios, as well as the parsley and lemon zest. Mix the mass.

3.) Grease the aluminium foil lightly with olive oil.

4.) Place the spinach leaves on it so that they form a continuous layer. Place half of the meat on the foil too.

5.) Put the sausage on the meat, then cover it with the remaining meat mass.

6.) Then carefully wrap the whole in the aluminium foil.

7.) Put it in the oven for approx. 50 minutes and you're done!
