Spinach Inflated

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g of wholemeal flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt, garlic spice salt, grounded nutmeg
  • 500 g of spinach leaves
  • 3 eggs ​

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the flour and baking powder. 
2.) Let melt the frozen leaf spinach, squeeze out any excess water and add to the flour.
3.) Beat the eggs and then pour over the spinach flour and mix. 
4.) Season with salt, ground nutmeg, and garlic spice salt.
5.) Grease the ceramic pudding forms and spoon the dough evenly. 
6.) Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. ​
