Lasagne Light
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g of wholemeal lasagne
- 600 g minced turkey
- 200 ml rice
- 250 ml rice cream
- Frozen vegetables
PREPARATION:
1.) Season the meat and fry it in coconut fat.
2.) Whisk the rice milk and cream together a little.
3.) Place the lasagne pasta on the bottom of the coconut greased baking tray. Put a layer of meat on it, pour cream on it, then another layer of lasagne pasta, then the vegetables can go, pour this on cream as well, then grate the cheese on the top.
4.) Bake it in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
