Diet Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 g of wholemeal oatmeal flour
  • 2 eggs (approx. 100g)
  • 1 (approx. 200g) zucchini
  • 250 g minced turkey breast
  • Spices (basil, oregano, salt, pepper)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Light mozzarella
  • Ham

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Grate the zucchini and mix it with the other ingredients and spices.

2.) Put the dough in a floury pizza form and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 C for approx. half an hour.

3.) Meanwhile, make the pizza sauce. Grind the tomatoes with the garlic, ham, spices and when the pizza dough is ready, cover it with the pizza sauce and the cheese can go on top.

4.) Bake approx. for 5 minutes in the oven.
