Broccoli meatball

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams of broccoli
  • Little cheese
  • Little coconut fat
  • 50 grams of chickpea flour
  • Little wholemeal breadcrumbs

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Boil the broccoli in salted water and then drain thoroughly.

2.) Squeeze the broccoli with a fork, pepper and add the cheese and flour. Mix it well.

3.) Form balls from the dough.

4.) Roll it in whole-ground crumbs and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

5.) Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, approx. for 20 minutes.

6.) Sprinkle circled spring onions on the top, then roll up with aluminium foil carefully, seal both ends of the foil, and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
