Sweet Potato Chips

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 pieces of sweet potatoes
  • Salt
  • Ground nutmeg
  • Coconut fat

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Cut the sweet potatoes into thin slices with a cucumber-slicer.

2.) Sprinkle with salt and ground nutmeg.

3.) When frying in oil, place the slices in hot coconut fat and fry them crispy for a few minutes.

4.) It can be baked in the oven too. For this put the sliced sweet potatoes on a baking tray and bake it for approx. 15 minutes, but be very careful because it starts to burn suddenly.

5.) Prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt and garlic, but it is also very delicious in nature!
