Fish Roll Filled With Onions

INGREDIENTS:

  • Approx. 500 grams of sea fish fillet
  • 2 wholemeal buns
  • 1 head onion
  • Coconut fat
  • Chives to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons mustard

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Spread the fish slices and season them.

2.) Fry the onion on coconut fat in a saucepan.

3.) Tear the whole-ground buns, stir in the eggs, the fried onions, the chives, and the mustard. Add salt and pepper.

4.) Spread the stuffing on the fish slices and roll them up. Nail it with a toothpick if it is needed.

5.) Grease a baking tray with coconut fat and then insert the fish slices. We can sprinkle it with a little white wine.

6.) Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
