Shrimp Rice Noodle

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g of rice noodles
  • 8 large shrimps
  • Garlic
  • Himalayan salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Marjoram
  • Chopped parsley
  • Olive oil for frying

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Put the rice noodles in boiled water and remove them from the heat and let them soak for 15 minutes.

2.) Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and add the shrimps.

3.) Fry both sides in a few minutes, then squeeze 2 cloves of garlic at the end, frying for one minute. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

4.) Roll the puffed, drained rice noodles into the crab pan and fry.

5.) Season with marjoram and chopped parsley.
