Dietary Protein

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 g Iso Whey Zero (berry-brownie flavour, but it's a matter of taste)
  • 25 g ground plantain seed peel
  • 25 g of coconut flour
  • 25 g of protein
  • 2 dl of coconut drink

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the dry ingredients.

2.) Add the coconut milk. Mix it with 2 dl.

3.) Knead slices out of it, from this amount comes out approx. 4 slices.

4.) Bake it for half an hour on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Be careful, because it dries easily!
