Milk Rice With Raspberry Jam

INGREDIENTS:

  • For milk rice:
    • 100 g risotto rice
    • 150 g of milk
    • 250 g of water
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 2 tablespoons xylitol​
  • As a condition:
    • 2 tablespoons (40 g) sugar-free raspberry jam per serving
    • Fresh fruits such as: raspberries, blueberries, currants

PREPARATION:

1.) Put the rice into a small pan, add the milk, water, a pinch of salt and xylitol. Put it on the stove and bring to a boil.

2.) Meanwhile, stir to keep from running. When boiled, remove from the heat and cook the rice until become soft, stirring constantly. You can also cover it at half time, but it’s important to stir it many times.

3.) If it is already creamy, make three bowls. Pour in the milk rice. Wait 15 minutes to cool slightly.

4.) Spoon the jam onto it and sprinkle with fresh fruit.

5.) Serve hot or chilled.
