Salad With Spicy Chicken Breast and Avocado Sauce With Garlic

INGREDIENTS:

  • ​500 g chicken breast fillet
  • Olive oil
  • Fried chicken spice mixture (choose one that does not contain sugar)
  • Water
  • Salad mix
  • For the avocado sauce:
    • 3 ripe avocados (be good soft, otherwise we can't work with it)
    • 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
    • ½ lime juice
    • Salt
    • Ground black pepper
    • 3 cloves garlic

 

PREPARATION:

Spicy chicken breast:

1.) Wash the chicken, clean it and cut it into larger pieces (about 4). Season the fried chicken with the spice mixture.

2.) Heat oil in a pan and add the seasoned meat. Fry each side of the pieces of meat at a high temperature, then pour water over them and cover and cook the meat at a low temperature until completely become soft.

3.) If it is needed add more water. If the chicken breast is already soft, with two forks separate the meat into its strands, tear it apart. But it is also important to have juice underneath. This way the meat will be really tasty.

Garlic avocado sauce:

4.) Cut the avocado in half and scrape the inside with a spoon and put into a chopper or blender.

5.) Salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

6.) Add natural yogurt. If prepared as a dressing for a salad, it will take approx. 2 tablespoon, which you need, but if you make it dipped, as a guacamole, a tablespoon is enough (which can be sour cream).

7.) Season with garlic, then mix and mash.

Salad composition:

8.) Put a large handful of salad in a plate, stack the finished chicken breast on it and sprinkle thoroughly with the garlic avocado sauce.
