INGREDIENTS:

  • ​120 g low-fat fresh cheese
  • 60 g of natural yogurt
  • 100 g of natural or cream cheese
  • ½ bunch of parsley green
  • Salt
  • A couple of drops of olive oil
  • A couple of drops of lemon juice
  • Vegetables: beets, cucumbers, celery, bell peppers, spring onions, etc.

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Peel the vegetables and cut them into strips.

2.) Mix the dipping ingredients in a bowl and you can eat it.
