INGREDIENTS:
- 120 g low-fat fresh cheese
- 60 g of natural yogurt
- 100 g of natural or cream cheese
- ½ bunch of parsley green
- Salt
- A couple of drops of olive oil
- A couple of drops of lemon juice
- Vegetables: beets, cucumbers, celery, bell peppers, spring onions, etc.
PREPARATION:
1.) Peel the vegetables and cut them into strips.
2.) Mix the dipping ingredients in a bowl and you can eat it.
