Dietary Chicken Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 g of chicken breast
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 tomato
  • 6 brussels sprouts
  • 2 beets
  • ½ piece of celery
  • Salt
  • Ground white pepper

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Dice the meat and fry in a pan on the heated oil. Add salt and pepper.

2.) Add the chopped garlic, the carrots cut into small cubes. Add salt and fry together.

3.) Pour in water and add the other ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes.

4.) As a soup filling, cook durum Fettuccini pasta separately and serve with it.
