Thyme Celery Puree With Fried Chicken

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 larger piece of celery
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Grounded white pepper
  • Water
  • 2 fresh thyme
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • For fried chicken:
    • 300 g chicken breast fillet
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • ½ bag of fried chicken seasoning

PREPARATION:

1.) Clean the celery and cut it into smaller pieces.

2.) Put the butter in a saucepan, melt, and add the prepared celery. Salt and pepper. Fry it. While toasting, sprinkle with olive oil.

3.) Once the celery has blushed, pour in enough water to cover it. Put the thyme in it and cook until the celery softens.

4.) Cream with a blender (or if you have a Thermo glass blender, pour over it). Smoothie into becoming creamy.

5.) Add the cooking cream and bring to a boil. If it is too juicy, cook it until the juice evaporates. (As it cools, it will thicken even more.)

6.) After cleaning, season the chicken breast and fry in olive oil. Rest for 10 minutes, then stack on top of the celery puree.
