Chicken Breast With Parsley Celery And Yogurt

Servings: 3

INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ package of fried chicken spices
  • For roasted celery:
    • 1 larger piece of celery
    • Salt
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 bunch parsley green​
  • For the dressing:
    • 5 tablespoons Greek yogurt

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Clean and risk the chicken breast.

3.) Season and sprinkle with olive oil.

4.) Stir and let stand for 5-10 minutes, then fry until become golden brown in a hot pan. Take it out and set it aside.

5.) Clean and risk the celery. Put it in the same pan in which the chicken was fried the chicken.

6.) Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and fry until the inside become soft and the edge is crisp. When done, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

7.) Serve with a large spoon of Greek yogurt.
