Fried Egg Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices of bread (wholemeal rye bread)
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2 slices of light cheese
  • Light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 medium-sized egg
  • a handful of chives
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of arugula

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on the bread, then bake in the oven (grill level at 200 C for about 8 minutes).

2.) Make a fried egg (fry the egg in a pan on a little oil and salt). Sprinkle the finished fried egg with chives and place on one of the baked bread.

3.) Lightly smear the other bread with mayonnaise and top with the fried egg.

4.) Those who like it can also put arugula among the bread.

5.) Serve it with tomatoes and arugula and eat it warm.
