Spicy Potatoes

Time: 60 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • ​70 dkg potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • A teaspoon of ground cumin
  • A teaspoon of paprika
  • A mocha spoon of sea salt

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Peel the potatoes and cut them into four or six pieces, depending on size.

2.) In the meantime, turn on the oven.

3.) Put enough water in a pot to just cover the potatoes and cook until semi-soft (cook for another 4-5 minutes from the boiling).

4.) Drain a baking tray and place baking paper in it.

5.) In a bowl, mix the olive oil with salt, cumin, and peppers.

6.) Strain the potatoes, drain the water and mix with the spicy-oily mass. It is important that the oil touches all sides.

7.) Put it on baking paper and place into the preheated oven at 200 degrees on bottom-top mode and bake until become ready, approx. for 20 minutes

8.) Meanwhile, mix 3 times to fry all its sides. Change the oven's mode for air mixing for the last 5 minutes.
