Potato Dumplings With Cheese

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 20 dkg flour
  • 20 dkg cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • Salt, ground pepper
  • 3 dl oil for frying

 

PREPARATION:

1.) The peeled, sliced potatoes are cooked in salted water. Break through and allow to cool.

2.) Then add the flour, grated cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper to taste.

3.) Work the dough together, then cut out walnut pieces from it and form them into dumplings.

4.) The dumplings are turned into breadcrumbs and fried until golden brown in heated oil.
