Fried Cod Fillet
Time: 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 40 dkg of sliced cod fillet
- Half lemon juice
- Salt​
- For coat:
- Egg
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- For baking:
- Oil
PREPARATION:
1.) Grease both sides of the fish slices with lemon juice and salt for half an hour before breading.
2.) Roll it in flour, eggs, breadcrumbs (in this order), then fry in plenty of hot oil.
3.) Serve it with lemon cloves.
