Chili-Honey Corn Dog

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 frankfurters
  • 1 egg
  • 4 teaspoons flour + 1 teaspoon for fur
  • 1.5 dl milk
  • 3 teaspoon cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • ground chili peppers
  • oil for frying

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Cut the sausages in half and insert a shashlik stick into their ends and then roll into 1 tablespoon flour.

2.) Mix the other ingredients using a blender.

3.) Roll the sausages into the dough and fry in hot oil.

4.) Serve it with ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise.
