Salmon And Shrimp With Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 g salmon
  • 2 dl cooking cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 300 g shrimp (if possible do not be frozen)
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoon red pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Salad with sauce (iceberg lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, mozzarella, cucumbers, etc.)
  • Oil for frying

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Chop the salmon, salt, pepper, fry the two sides slightly.

2.) Add the cream, then simmer until become soft.

3.) Peel the shrimps and turn into paprika flour, then dipped in eggs and again into the flour, then fry in plenty of oil.

4.) While the crab and salmon are being prepared, make a salad.

5.) Serve it warm.
