Homemade Hamburger

Time: 120 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • For meatballs:
    • 50 dkg minced beef
    • 1 egg
    • 2 teaspoons paprika cream
    • 1 head onion (minced with meat)
    • Salt, pepper
  • To Buns:
    • 50 dkg flour
    • 1 dl sour cream
    • Approx. 1.5 dl of water
    • 2 dkg of yeast
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon room temperature butter
    • Water for spraying and sesame seeds on top

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the ingredients of the meatballs, then form balls from it and bake it on a grill or pan.

2.) Warm the sour cream with water and 1 teaspoon of sugar and crushed into it the yeast and let it rise.

3.) Put the flour into a bowl, mix with the salt and remaining sugar, and then crumble the butter.

4.) Add the yeast and start kneading with the other ingredients, then add more milk or water to make a soft dough.

5.) Cover and let rest for half an hour, then move it a little (i.e. knead gently), cover, and let it rest for another 15 minutes.

6.) After fermentation, we form 6 buns and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let it rise, then squeeze with water and place in a cold oven.

7.) By setting the temperature to 200 degrees, bake for approx. 18 minutes.

8.) The finished buns are served with the previously baked meatballs and toppings.
