Sweet Waffles

Time: 40 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30 dkg of flour
  • 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 6 g of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter in the dough
  • 3 dl milk
  • 10 dkg of melted butter for oven tray lubrication

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.

2.) Separate the eggs.

3.) Mix the milk, egg yolks, and the melted butter.

4.) Beat the egg whites into a hard foam.

5.) Stir in the egg-milk the flour mixture and stir it until becomes lump-free.

6.) Add the hard-beaten egg foam loosely, with large movements, and stir the dough carefully.

7.) Preheat the waffle maker.

8.) When the machine has warmed, grease it thinly with butter. (Do this before baking each waffle)

9.) Put half a tablespoon of dough in the hot oven, then bake the waffles ready in about 2-3 minutes.
