Walnut Pancakes With Rum Chocolate

INGREDIENTS:
- Pancakes (for about 8-10 pieces):
- 20 dkg (about 10 tbsp) of fine flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- Half a dl of oil
- 2 dl milk
- 3 dl soda
- Filling:
- 20 dkg ground walnuts
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- Raisins
- Glaze:
- 1 table of food or milk chocolate
- 2 teaspoons oil
- Rum aroma
PREPARATION:
1.) Melt the chocolate over steam and then add the oil and rum.
2.) Mix the pancakes dough ingredients and bake the pancakes.
3.) Mix the ingredients of the filling.
4.) Put from the filling on the hot pancakes.
5.) Roll up or fold in four.
6.) Pour the melted chocolate on the top and decorate with chopped walnuts.
