Pancakes With Cinnamon And Apples

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 dkg of fine flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 larger apple
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil (+ for frying)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Approx. 2 dl of carbonated mineral water

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the granulated sugar and a pinch of salt, the ground cinnamon, add half of the carbonated mineral water, then add the flour and stir until becomes smooth.

2.) While stirring, add more mineral water to make a thicker pancake dough, then add the cooking oil as well.

3.) Peel the apples, then grate into the dough on a larger hole grater and mix well.

4.) Grease the Teflon pancake oven with oil, spoon smaller piles of apple pancake batter into it, then bake both sides until becomes nicely golden brown.

5.) When serving, sprinkle the hot pancakes with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.
