Casserole With Cauliflower
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 1 onion
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 kg of cauliflower
- 250 g of bulgur
- 175 g of sour cream
- Red peppers
- Pepper
- Salt
PREPARATION:
1.) Cook the washed cauliflower roses in salted water.
2.) Dice the onion and fry in a little oil.
3.) Add the minced meat and seasonings. (salt-pepper-pepper.) Add a little water and simmer until become soft.
4.) Wash the bulgur and put it to boil with 5 dl of water. Add salt. Once the water has boiled and evaporated, shut off the gas and cover for 15 minutes.
5.) When the cauliflower is half softened, pour off the water.
6.) Mix the meat with the bulgur.
7.) Spread a third of the cauliflower on the bottom of a bowl. Onto this comes half of the bulgur meat, a little sour cream, followed by cauliflower, meat, cauliflower, and the remaining sour cream.
8.) Cover and bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes. For the last 10 minutes remove the covering to blush the sour cream.
