Meat Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • Stuffing ingredients:
    • 400 g of lean minced meat
    • a few small red tomatoes
    • ½ small onion
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
    • Parsley green
    • Pepper​
  • Pancake ingredients:
    • 300 g of wholemeal spelled flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 dl carbonated water
    • 3 dl milk
    • Ground rosemary
    • Big pinch of salt
    • ½ package baking powder
    • Chopped parsley green
  • Sauce:
    • 100 g of sour cream
    • 50 g of yogurt
    • Salt
    • Sweet peppers

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Make a knot-free, salty dough from the ingredients of pancakes.

2.) Bake the pancakes in a non-stick pan.

3.) Prepare a steamed ragout from the ingredients of the filling without adding oil, fat, under the lid. Add the pepper at the end.  Maximum 0.5 dl of water can be added to it, but it must be evaporated under it.

4.) Put a hump of meat in the middle of each pancake. Fold up the pancakes on two sides and then fold them up on the other side like a small pillow.

5.) Pour over sour cream sauce.

6.) Bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for approx. 15-20 minutes.
