Fake Stuffed Cabbage

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50 grams of basmati rice
  • 250 grams of minced pork leg
  • 1 kg of sauerkraut
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper
  • Salt
  • Bay leaf
  • Pepper
  • Coconut cooking oil
  • 1 onion

 

PREPARATION:

1.) Wash the cabbage.

2.) Steam the rice until semi-hard in a steaming pot - make one part water to one part rice -.

3.) Mix it with minced meat, a whole egg, salt, pepper, and red pepper.

3.) Make dumplings out of it.

4.) Fry the diced onion in the coconut oil, then put the sauerkraut on it, sprinkle with red pepper.

5.) Add the bay leaf.

6.) Pour as much water as it will cover it. Cook for half an hour.

7.) Put the dumplings in using small forks to make small nests in the cabbage.

8.) Cover and cook it for half an hour.
