Meatloaf With Zucchini
INGREDIENTS:
- 900 g minced pork leg
- 1 onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 350 g zucchini
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red pepper
PREPARATION:
1.) Grind the meat with the onion or if we buy minced meat, grate the onion or cut it into very small cubes.
2.) Grate the zucchini and mix it with 1 teaspoon of salt. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
3.) Squeeze the zucchini juice and add to the minced meat. Squeeze the garlic. Eggs, spices can be added and mix all together.
4.) Grease the bottom of the baking tray.
5.) Form the meatballs from the mass and put them into the baking tray.
6.) Covet with aluminium foil and bake at 185 degrees for 20 minutes.
7.) Then fry without foil for 10 minutes on-air mode.
